DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Battipav is proud to design, develop, and manufacture the most important components of its electric tile saws and manual tile cutters in-house at its own production facility.
From electric motors, engineered to meet the specific requirements of each machine, to patented frames made from innovative aluminum extrusions that ensure both lightweight performance and exceptional strength, and even to submersible pumps manufactured internally, every key component reflects Battipav’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Fast Leg

A system that ensures rigidity and stability while allowing machines to be stacked for storage, minimizing both space requirements and packaging volume.

Spray System

Diamond blade lubrication system: a fine water mist flow removes cutting dust and extends the service life of the diamond tool.

Water settling and filtration system: the tank’s design prevents residue buildup in the pump area, allowing the pump to operate with clean water at all times.
