How do I choose the right machine for my job?
The choice depends on the type of material to be cut, the cutting length, and the frequency of use. You can contact our support team at vendite@battipav.com (IT) or sales@battipav.com (ENG) to receive expert advice on the machine best suited to your specific needs.
How does the warranty for Battipav products work?
The Manufacturer warrants the products supplied to the Importer for a period of 2 (two) years, provided that the products are used in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained in the relevant user manuals.
Any component considered defective must be reported to Battipav with a detailed description of the issue encountered, together with all relevant machine information, including the serial number, year of manufacture, photos, and videos documenting the defect.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect any component deemed defective by the Importer in order to verify the validity of the reported defect or malfunction.
If requested by the Manufacturer, the component must be returned to Battipav at the Importer’s expense. Following inspection by the Technical Department, if the component is confirmed to be defective, a replacement part will be supplied under warranty at the Manufacturer’s expense.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Failure to follow the technical and service instructions provided by the Manufacturer.
- Improper maintenance or misuse of the product.
Furthermore, any modifications made to the product by the Importer will void the warranty.
