Description

Prime is a bridge saw specifically designed for the construction industry. Featuring a new design with cutting-edge technical innovations, it is robust, precise, and suitable for cutting bricks, stone, concrete blocks, granite, marble, and slabs. Cutting operations are performed by manually advancing the motor assembly. The machine is designed to operate with 350 mm diamond blades. A laser guide and wheel kit are supplied as standard.

Description

Prime is a bridge saw ideal for construction sites. Innovative, featuring cutting-edge technical solutions, and built to be sturdy, compact, and precise, it is suitable for cutting bricks, Poroton blocks, stone blocks, concrete blocks, and other construction materials. It performs cuts with manual feed of the motor unit. It is designed to work with 350 mm diameter blades.
A laser marker and wheel kit are available as standard equipment or as optional extras.

BRIDGE The rail is an extrusion of aluminium with high resistance to the torsional stress. It’s equipped with steel ball bearings running on interchangeable stainless steel tracks. Absolute cutting precision.

CUTTING PROGRESS SYSTEM The cutting progress system with handwheel adjusts the movement of the cutting head forward or backward.

SCALE MEASURE Millimetres graduated scale for a fast execution of the cuts in series.

STRUCTURE Made in extruded aluminium to get the maximum of rigidity and lightness at the same time.

BEAM

Beam equipped with replaceable steel guide rails to ensure perfectly smooth and precise movement of the motor carriage assembly.

SPRAY SYSTEM

Patented system that provides optimal lubrication of the diamond blade, ensuring higher cutting performance and extending the service life of the diamond segment.

CARRIAGE

The motor carriage assembly moves along the beam by means of 8 bearings running on interchangeable stainless steel guide rails, ensuring smooth, precise, and long-lasting operation.
